Experimental testnet for the Radicle Registry

While the design of Radicle Link enables an eventually consistent peer-to-peer replication layer for users to host and share source code, there are still some issues that are difficult to address at the peer-to-peer level. Examples are unique human-readable identity and globally consistent data availability — or what we call “seamlessness".

To address those issues today we are launching an experimental testnet for the Radicle Registry, a consensus-based layer for reading, writing and coordinating around project metadata. We call this version FFNET a friends and family testnet. To get started you’ll find further documentation on http://registry.radicle.xyz/. Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions :v:
