Radworks Product Org
In response to the legal input on the Formal Review phase of the Radworks Product Org, the following changes have been incorporated in its Formal Review proposal and will be considered part of the on-chain vote for the Submission of its proposal:
Organizational Structure
The Radworks Product Org is currently evaluating the options for its legal setup in light of multiple questions at the intersection of legal, regulator and tax matters. As part of this proposal, Monadic GmbH is asking the Radworks community to act as a service provider within the proposed budget, to carry out the following services for the Radworks community:
- Software development
- Business development and contract management
- IT hosting and maintenance
- Product monetization
In light of Monadic GmbH‘s limited capacity as a service provider if this proposal is passed, all rights related to any commercial use and value extraction in connection with the products developed are reserved by the Radworks community (including the right to reallocate all or parts of the services performed by Monadic GmbH to another service provider).
Management of Funds
Monadic GmbH - also the “Grant Recipient” of Radworks in its capacity as a service provider and contractual counterparty to Radworks, if this [Radworks Product Org] proposal is passed - hereby agrees to use the amount granted by Radworks in support of fulfilling the purpose outlined in the “Purpose” section above. The Grant Recipient understands and acknowledges that the awarded amount may be used only for this Purpose.
Furthermore, to the extent Monadic GmbH does not fully utilize the proposed budget, any part of the grant that goes unused in the calendar year outlined in this proposal (2025) will either be returned to the Radworks Treasury (by March 2026) or rolled over into and applied towards the Org’s 2026 grant from Radworks.
