Purpose
To create a sustainable and decentralized alternative to centralized code forges.

Objectives
- Maintain Radicle
heartwood, the core libraries, CLI and TUI. - Provide a stable foundation on which Radicle applications can be built.
- In Q1, release Canonical Refs.
- Evaluate new entity structure for ongoing, long term maintenance of the Radicle Protocol.
Organizational Structure
Radicle operates as an open source project, with maintainers and contributors. The organization is simply a vehicle for funding work on Radicle.
Legal entity: Sárl based in Switzerland, with @cloudhead as managing director.

Radicle has budgeted 496,923 USDC for its work in 2025, as outlined in this proposal; therefore, because it is applying the unspent funds from 2024, Radicle is not requesting any additional USDC.
