In terms of CPU and memory a raspberry pi and above should work. The amount of storage depends on the numbers and size of repositories you’re planning to track.

A small virtual machine with a couple of compute units, 2-4G ram and 10G non-root storage for projects should suffice. We haven’t tested it but it should be able to run on a raspberry pi.

Is there any news for those who launched and are running the node? Will there be rewards for this? After the LBP, I think it is time to clearly define what to do with those who participate in Testnet.
I suggest you check out the governance process outlined by @abbey and start a temperature check.
