I’m currently following radicle-upstream (rad:git:hnrk8ueib11sen1g9n1xbt71qdns9n4gipw1o ) in Upstream. I’m using only one seed node:

On my end, it looks like some commits were pushed to GitHub but not to Radicle yet. Is this something I should expect, or is something wrong?
