AI Internet-Meritocracy
Give funds to every published FOSS or research

My app asks AI, what portion of the global GDP a person is worth, and gives them the proportional share of donations. The AI decides accordingly securely authenticated accounts (like GitHub and ORCID). The user is rewarded as a researcher, FOSS author, and science/FOSS marketer.

This not only gives salary to everybody who has published research or software, but also solves the scientific publication crisis (when good works receive no publicity) by prompting people to market under-represented works.

Fraud, including prompt injection and severe plagiarism, is handled by human voting, because LLMs are too few and most of them are similar to each other, making AIs bad voters, unable to reliably detect prompt injection (the injection on a “victim” would also act onto the “judge”).

So, a side effect of this project is that Terminator won’t come, because AI needs people doing voting jobs.

The centralized research organizations don’t want to publish my research about ordered semicategory actions (OSA), because it was decided by Russian priests (“not to give them life”) to discriminate me out of Academia. Without OSA, the world loses like 1/2 of its economy. So, I am well-acquainted with the practice of non-PhD research. I want to advance this project for that reason.

The project has common purpose with Radicle to finance FOSS.

I am applying to this grant to receive funding for GEO optimization of my site (to get more funding as a result and to “battle-test” the app with real users).

Future Plans

The project is planned to be promoted by GEO from money obtained using initial GEO.

The project will be self-sustainable, because the site aggressively asks for donations.

In the future, it is considered to rewrite it as an ICP blockchain app and hand
control to a DAO.
