Hi all! I’ve been working with Nas and Mf to develop a strategy and execution plan for developer relations at Radicle over the last few weeks. We’ve onboarded 3 part time contributors who will be the initial team bringing the dev rel strategy into fruition. Below are links to the strategy doc which outline strategies, their measures of success, and a dev rel 1 pager to set the context of the team.
TLDR - until the drips SDK is in a place to start having external developers building on it, the dev rel team will largely be focused on creating genera, non-radicle-specific developer education content to build up an audience of developers who trust the Radicle voice.
