  • Project Description:
    We help founders build ownership-driven communities through our vibrant community of incredibly talented individuals from all over the world. CommunityBuild helps founders from the get-go, strategizing and planning the best narratives and communities that are aligned with the long-term visions and goals of the product and team. Through programs like #CommunityExplorers and #UniversityExplorers, we are building a community of incredibly talented individuals from all over the world, and bringing opportunities to #ContributeandEarn with the best Web3 companies.

  • An indication of how your project relates to / integrates into Radicle:
    Our goal is to support Radicle and Radicle Ecosystem by building authentic and long-term communities, aligned with Radicle’s vision of collaboration and coordination. In 3 months, CommunityBuild can: Strategize, conceptualize, build and manage communities for Radicle/Radicle Ecosystem projects and help evangelize the usage of Radicle to our network of clients and our community across the world, with a focus on Asia and India.

  • An indication of why your team is interested in creating this project:
    We believe Web3 Founders are building some of the most revolutionary products we’ve seen to date, but the biggest challenge these founders face is building authentic communities with true ownership. We believe communities are actually the biggest differentiator between Web3 and Web2 companies. What makes Web3 teams stand out is the major focus on communities, resulting in wider distribution of governance and greater ownership amongst the community.

    Our goals are to onboard at least 30,000 new community leaders and contributors to Web3 in the next 3 years and help at least 100 Web3 teams and founders build beautiful, authentic and long-term communities.

We are in love with Radicle’s open-source collaboration and community-building principles, and we want to work with the team to take it to more teams and community leaders across the world.

Future Plans

Please include the following:

  • How you intend to use, enhance, promote and support your project in the short term

CommunityBuild is designed to be a revenue-generating company from the get-go, helping clients grow and getting exposure to their tokens/NFTs as service fees. A portion of these service fees will also go towards backing the $CB token which is intended to incentivize contributors.

More quality contributors to top projects incentivized by the token, results in revenue being generated for the organization which leads to further value accrual to the token.

  • The team’s long-term plans and intentions in relation to it. In other words, how will it be made sustainable?

Our long term goals are to bring at least 30,000 community leaders to crypto in the next 3 years, and along with this community, build game-changing innovations in Web3 that bring the next billion users to crypto, especially the ones that need crypto the most like the unbanked.
