I support moving the RGP forward. The RGP will bring lots of value to Radicle’s development and to the community as a whole. After two rounds of formal review, it seems that everyone who had comments or concerns has had a chance to voice them and the proposal has been adjusted accordingly. I support finally getting this project off the ground! 
I also support reassessing participation requirements for voting rounds. In the Temperature Check, Abbey makes a good argument as to why the current threshold participation requirements are unrealistic given current available (not total) RAD supply and how it might hurt Radicle governance in the long-run. I highly recommend giving it a read and contributing to the discussion. Community input will be very crucial here!
