Ecosystem Growth Fund - retrospective

Thanks for the detailed accounts.

I have two pieces of feedback. First in terms of the focus, I only really saw focus on web3. I would have liked to see much greater focus on code collaboration given that most of the work of the EGF was not product work around usage, but awareness, education, and contributor growth.

Te second point of feedback is that I haven’t come across any of the output, that is alluded to. For instance, educational material or new contributors, and therefore I have to assume that nothing was worth amplifying.

I think in the future the only possible route that would make sense to me is to focus on one thing, one initiative, one strategy and have a clear plan and deliverables, and have monthly updates presenting the deliverables to the community and team. For example, if the strategy is education, then content should be created and published on a monthly basis, and shared with the team and community. If the strategy is to grow the contributor base, then perhaps bounties can be created or contributor guides. The deliverables there should be contributions to the radicle ecosystem or protocols.
